Your New Year's Resolution: Help's Just Around the Corner

"It can take a month to change a behavior, and many of us get discouraged during this process. Although breaking habits and making lifestyle changes can be physically and emotionally challenging - even painful - don't go through it alone. As we tackle the habits that we want to change, emotions, old and new, may arise, and it is crucial that we have the support and resources to support us. Community Health Resource Center (CHRC) has trained therapists to provide short and long-term therapy, as well as resources and referrals to help you through the anxiety and mixed emotions that are tied to letting go of old behaviors."
