Alzheimer's is a Global Problem. We Won't Solve it on Our Own.

September 21 is WORLD ALZHEIMER'S DAY. You can do something. Every day. Go to www.alz.org/norcal.

With 35 million worldwide with dementia (5.3 million Americans), and with someone developing the disease every 70 seconds, Alzheimer’s is one of the biggest health threats in the world.

World Alzheimer’s Day is the perfect time to take action in the fight against Alzheimer's.

  • Write Congress.
  • Raise money by going Casual for a Cause at work.
  • Host a Tailgate to Tackle Alzheimer's.
  • Donate to your local Memory Walk. Walk.

  • If you or someone you know needs help, call the 24/7 Helpline, in 140 languages (US: 1-800-272-3900).
